About the job

As a Copy and Content Writer at Brainster, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s narrative and driving engagement through compelling and persuasive copy.

You will work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies.
  • Write and edit copy for various marketing materials and campaigns, including website content, email campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, and more.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience to tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to content ideas that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Adapt and optimize content for different platforms and channels.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in copywriting and content marketing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Proven experience as a Copywriter and Content Writer (experience as a Content Writer is considered an advantage).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to tailor content to meet specific goals.
  • Excellent research skills to gather information on various topics.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
