About the job
As a Growth Marketer at Brainster, you will create and execute innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. You’ll optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, using data-driven insights to boost performance and deliver measurable growth, while collaborating with teams to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create, test, and optimize innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Plan, execute, and analyze paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Use data analytics to identify, track, and optimize KPIs like traffic, leads, conversions, and retention rates. Implement A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks.
- Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, focusing on improving funnel metrics (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention).
- Work closely with product, content, and admission teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and product updates.
- Partner with content creators and designers to develop high-quality, compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Provide actionable insights to improve results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and CRO principles.
- Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
