About the job
As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll architect and manage the systems that drive personalized, timely communications across Brainster’s brands (Brainster, Brainster Next and NU High School Academies). From lead nurture to student retention, you’ll build automated journeys that convert prospects into loyal advocates.
Responsibilities:
- Platform & AI Integration: Implement and maintain our tech stack (Data + CRM), and integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., generative-AI analytics, copy assistants, predictive lead scoring, etc.) to automate and personalize workflows.
- Journey Design: Map out end-to-end automated workflows—lead scoring, email/nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and onboarding flows.
- Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy emails, landing pages, forms, and SMS sequences; ensure deliverability and list hygiene.
- Data & Segmentation: Create dynamic segmentations, custom fields, and scoring models to target students at the right moment.
- Reporting & Continuous Optimization: Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversion rates); employ AI insights for real-time optimization and A/B testing of templates, content, and delivery.
- Cross-Team Enablement: Partner with Content, Paid, and Admission teams to synchronize messaging, promos, and event triggers.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years managing a marketing automation platform in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools (e.g., GPT-powered copy, predictive lead scoring, chatbots) into automation workflows.
- Expert knowledge of email deliverability best practices,
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS for template tweaks.
- Detail-oriented project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communicator, capable of translating technical workflows into clear briefs.
