About the job
As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Brainster, your mission is to architect our talent pipeline by strategically sourcing high-caliber senior professionals from local and global markets. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment—from targeted executive search to seamless onboarding—empowering them to share real-world expertise in our hands-on learning community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global searches to find top senior talent across different markets
- Use smart sourcing techniques like Boolean search, X-Ray, social media deep dives, niche platforms, and trusted referrals.
- Manage the full hiring journey for senior specific roles – from finding candidates to screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and closing.
- Create attractive and competitive offers that include bonuses, flexibility, and long-term benefits.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
- Design custom assessments – from case studies and hands-on tasks to teaching simulations – to find the best fit.
- Spot potential offer dropouts early using data and take action to keep top candidates engaged.
- Stay ahead of the market with quarterly research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor moves.
- Continuously improve the hiring toolkit – test and add AI tools to boost candidate matching and engagement.
- Own the candidate experience for senior hires – clear communication, regular updates, and thoughtful feedback every step of the way.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years recruiting senior-level talent
- Proven success hiring across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end recruitment of complex roles.
- Mastery of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Expertise in negotiating executive packages (salary, equity, flexibility).
- Cultural agility to navigate global hiring practices.
- Proactive problem-solver: Turn challenges into scalable processes.
- Data-focused: Use metrics to drive recruitment strategy
