About the job

As a Student Admission Coordinator based in Tirana, your primary responsibility will involve managing the admission process for prospective students. This includes guiding applicants through the application process, assessing their qualifications, and coordinating interviews or assessments as needed. Additionally, you will liaise with various departments within the institution to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, initiating and scheduling online meetings and interviews to facilitate the admission process efficiently.
  • Share all relevant information about the Academies with candidates, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the programs and offerings available.
  • Continuously work on improving the candidate funnel, refining and optimizing the admission process until submission.
  • Fill and present weekly sales reports, providing valuable insights into admission trends and performance metrics.
  • Maintain excellent collaboration and communication with the Student Success, Marketing and relevant teams to ensure seamless coordination across all product offerings.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts within the Student Admission department, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to working processes and procedures.
  • Prioritize reaching given deadlines and completing tasks promptly to maintain a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in the admission process.


  • At least 2+ years of experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or Communications would be considered as a plus.
  • Prior experience in the education sector is advantageous, providing valuable insights into industry dynamics and challenges.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated high level of self-responsibility, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and opportunities to students.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player, dedicated to achieving team goals and values, and open to cooperation with other departments.
  • Pleasant and approachable demeanor, fostering positive and friendly communication with students to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
