We’re seeking a talented Photographer & Content Producer who can capture the energy of our brand and community—both behind the lens and on our digital platforms.
In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for photographing events and daily moments using professional equipment and smartphones, and turning those visuals into engaging, high-performing social media content. If you’re an equal parts visual storyteller, content strategist, and social media enthusiast—this is your stage.
Responsibilities:
Capture photos and short videos at events, workshops, and day-to-day activities
Lead end-to-end creative production for Brainster’s brand campaigns, including concept development, shoot direction, and post-production oversight
- Use both DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile devices to produce versatile content
- Edit photos and videos for use on various social media platforms
- Produce and publish compelling content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with our communication goals
- Monitor trends to keep content fresh and relevant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio of event and lifestyle photography
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement
- Proficiency with editing tools
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos for Reels/TikToks
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to attend events, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Background in marketing, design, or media
