About the job
As a Social Media Content Creator at Brainster Next, you will be instrumental in crafting our brand’s story and enhancing engagement by producing captivating and influential content for various digital platforms.
You will work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) that aligns with the target audience and brand’s goals.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and maintain an organized workflow.
- Interact with followers through comments, direct messages, and engagement strategies to build a loyal and active community.
- Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement, such as using appropriate hashtags and collaborating with other creators.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content to remain relevant and gain a competitive edge.
- Foster a sense of community among followers, encouraging discussions, and providing value through content and engagement.
- Broadcast all the events on social media.
Requirements:
- A well-established and engaging presence on various social media platforms, showcasing your ability to create compelling content and grow an online following.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or a combination of Copywriting and Content Writing (experience as a Content Writer is advantageous).
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as graphic design software (apps), video editing software (apps), and photo editing (aps) is essential. Creativity in ideation and execution of content is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial to interact with followers, respond to comments, and create engaging captions and stories.
- Proficiency in capturing high-quality photos and videos is a significant advantage, as it can elevate the visual appeal of social media content.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to tailor social media content to meet specific goals.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
